The 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ-V: A Bold New Chapter in Electric Performance

Cadillac is charging into the future of high-performance electric driving with the introduction of the all-new 2026 OPTIQ-V. As the newest member of Cadillac’s fifth-generation V-Series performance lineup, the OPTIQ-V blends all-electric innovation with unmistakable V-Series attitude, delivering exhilarating speed, precision handling, and dramatic design.

At its heart, the OPTIQ-V features dual-motor all-wheel drive, Cadillac-estimated 519 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, along with an estimated 0–60 time of just 3.5 seconds in its Velocity Max mode. This SUV is engineered for drivers who love to push limits, offering track-worthy performance in a refined, electrified package.

Performance is further enhanced with Brembo® front brakes, Launch Control, Competitive Mode, and V-Mode, which allows drivers to save and activate personalized performance settings at the press of a steering wheel button. Cadillac’s performance-tuned suspension, tighter steering, and low-profile summer tires complete the dynamic driving experience.

The OPTIQ-V’s electric powertrain is powered by an 85-kWh battery, offering an estimated 275 miles of range on a full charge. It’s also Cadillac’s first model to integrate the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port natively, simplifying access to thousands of fast-charging stations across the continent.

Visually, the OPTIQ-V exudes power and sophistication with 21-inch satin graphite wheels, unique blue design accents, carbon fiber exterior trim, and V-Series badging throughout. The available Carbon Fiber Package adds a front splitter, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler for an even more aggressive edge. New exterior color options include Magnus Metal Frost, a matte metallic gray, and Deep Ocean Tintcoat.

Inside, the OPTIQ-V’s cabin is designed for immersive luxury and control. Drivers can choose from two bold interior palettes, each accented with Santorini Blue stitching, recycled performance fabric inserts, and laser-etched V-Series detailing. A standard 33-inch advanced LED display, 19-speaker AKG Studio Audio system with Dolby Atmos®, and ambient lighting tied to drive modes enhance the experience.

Cutting-edge tech continues with standard Super Cruise™ hands-free driving (three years of OnStar connected service included), Google built-in infotainment, and a full suite of safety features including Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and Enhanced Automatic Parking.

With a starting MSRP of $68,795, the 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ-V will be available in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Middle East, and Israel, with production set to begin in fall 2025.
