Cadillac Expands “Cadillac of Reservations” Dining Experience to More Cities

Cadillac is once again redefining luxury — not on the road, but at the dinner table. Following the success of its January launch in New York City, Cadillac’s exclusive dining series, “Cadillac of Reservations,” is hitting the road, expanding to three culinary hotspots across the U.S. this spring and summer.

La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills will host the next immersive experience in April, followed by COTE Korean Steakhouse in Miami in early summer, and State Bird Provisions in San Francisco rounding out the series in late summer. Each event promises a once-in-a-lifetime meal enjoyed in the lavish comfort of the all-electric Cadillac ESCALADE IQ.

This groundbreaking initiative debuted earlier this year at COQODAQ in New York City, where lucky diners enjoyed a five-course meal, featuring the restaurant’s acclaimed fried chicken, served directly inside the Executive Second Row of the ESCALADE IQ. Thoughtfully designed touches like song pairings for each dish, played through the AKG 40-speaker studio reference sound system, and a virtual fireplace on rear infotainment screens created an unforgettable fusion of fine dining and cutting-edge technology.

At La Dolce Vita, patrons can expect the same elevated experience. The iconic Italian-American eatery—revitalized post-pandemic by restaurateurs Marc Rose and Med Abrous of Call Mom—will serve its signature spaghetti and meatballs and branzino piccata, enhanced by Cadillac’s luxurious in-vehicle amenities like heated, ventilated, and massaging captain’s chairs and stowable tray tables.

Looking ahead, the Cadillac of Reservations at COTE in Miami will infuse the vibrant energy of Korean Barbeque meets American Steakhouse, while State Bird Provisions in San Francisco will transform the ESCALADE IQ into the ultimate gourmet hors d’oeuvres party, with inventive bites served from carts and trays inside the Executive Second Row.
